Coffee Talk

Coffee Talk is a product produced by TiER1 Performance Solutions. It helps connect coworkers for once a month meetings so various people in the company have a reason to get to know someone they might not have come in contact with otherwise. Due to the pandemic, this has become a sought-after product as companies try to replace interactions that would have otherwise happened in the office. These ads were created for a class project, not for or by TiER1. You can learn more about Coffee Talk here.
This project was set up to learn about business to business advertising.

I made several sketches exploring logo concepts, and ended up combining some concepts from the existing stock logo with my own ideas. I had a very difficult time getting the lettering on the coffee mug to look correct, so I ended up printing out the lettering, photographed it, then traced the lettering so that the text would be warped in a natural way.
